Meet Chef Tara Bouis.....Tara and her husband Sasha loved their time in St Thomas and asked themselves the question, do you want to go back home? They both responded "no" and knew they needed to find a way to stay in the Virgin Islands. After some brainstorming came up with the idea of "Pizza Pi"
They got to work building the first ever floating pizza boat. They rebuilt their aluminum sailbaot to accommodate commercial grade pizza ovens and a very large pick-up window. You will find them anchored in Christmas Cove, Great St James Island right in between St Thomas and St Johns USVI.
